Requirements
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with unused visa pages
- Visa application form (downloaded, printed, completed, and signed)
- 2 recent passport-type photographs (2″ x 2″) color, front view, white background
- Copy of round-trip tickets or confirmed itinerary
- Business letter from sending company (on letterhead, signed by senior manager)
- Business invitation letter from sponsoring company in Sao Tome
- Proof of Yellow Fever vaccination
Process
- Apply through eVisaST system for digital entry permit
- Upload all required documents
- Pay visa processing fee
- Processing takes up to 7 days or less
- Alternative: Apply at Embassy or Consulate abroad
