Requirements
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with unused visa pages
- Passport photo (recent, white background)
- Proof of accommodations (hotel reservations)
- Medical insurance covering entire stay
- Yellow Fever vaccination certificate
- Return ticket confirmation
- Business invitation letter from sponsoring company (on letterhead, signed by senior manager)
- Bank statement showing at least $2,000 per month of stay
Process
- Apply online for e-visa (for arrivals via Malabo Airport)
- Upload passport copy, photo, and all required documents
- Pay base government fee ($75 USD)
- Standard processing: 3 business days
- Print approved e-visa for presentation at immigration
