Requirements
- Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond departure with 2 blank pages
- Fully completed and signed application form
- One recent passport-style photograph with white background
- Copy of round-trip tickets
- Business letter from company outlining role and nature of business
- Invitation letter from Chadian company (approved by Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
- Certificate of incorporation or letter from employer
- Yellow Fever vaccination certificate
